Terms of Service

1. Scope of Products

These terms govern use of the Raghav Communication website, open-source developer frameworks such as Kaboom UI and Noir UI, and products operated or published by Raghav Communication where these general terms apply.

2. KHERAD MATDATA

KHERAD MATDATA (खेराड़ मतदाता) is an independent utility for searching and viewing available voter-list information for Kherad Gram Panchayat. It does not require a user account or login. Its app-specific privacy information is described in the KHERAD MATDATA Privacy Policy.

3. Vaad

Vaad is a web project within the Raghav Communication ecosystem. The former Android application has been discontinued; the current web project is available at vaad.pages.dev. Any separate product or project terms apply where published.

4. SigVerify

SigVerify is a separate Raghav Communication product for digital-document verification and related document features. SigVerify has its own product-specific Privacy Policy and terms on the SigVerify website. Those documents govern SigVerify's app-specific data handling and services.

5. Developer Frameworks

Kaboom UI and Noir UI are open-source developer frameworks provided on an "as-is" basis. Users may use, modify, and distribute them according to the applicable license and project terms.

6. Third-Party Services and External Websites

Some products may link to or use third-party services, websites, Android system services, hosting providers, or other external resources. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

7. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep our products useful and available, but features, source material, external services, and compatibility may change. Information supplied by third-party or official sources should be verified against the relevant original source where appropriate.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Raghav Communication products and services lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse, interfere with, reverse-engineer where prohibited, or attempt to disrupt services or supporting infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

Raghav Communication's original software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Open-source projects remain subject to their respective licenses. Third-party and official source materials remain the property or responsibility of their respective publishers and rights holders.

10. Changes

We may update products, features, policies, source links, and these terms from time to time. The current version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raghav Communication and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products, external services, or open-source frameworks.

Privacy Policy

1. General Privacy Approach

Raghav Communication respects user privacy and aims to collect only information reasonably needed for the relevant website, product, support request, or service. Different products may have different data practices, so product-specific privacy policies take precedence for those products.

2. KHERAD MATDATA

KHERAD MATDATA is designed to work without a user account or login. The app's basic voter-search functionality does not require users to submit a name, phone number, email address, password, Aadhaar number, PAN number, or other identity information.

Search and voter-list information is handled according to the KHERAD MATDATA-specific privacy policy. Voice search, Android system services, and external source websites may be subject to the privacy policies of the services involved.

3. Vaad

Vaad is a web project and does not use the discontinued Android application as its current distribution channel. Use of the live Vaad website may involve the website infrastructure and services described on that site. The live project is available at vaad.pages.dev.

4. SigVerify

SigVerify has its own product-specific Privacy Policy hosted on the SigVerify website. That policy governs data handling for SigVerify, including information related to its document-verification and document-signing features. This general Raghav Communication policy does not replace the SigVerify-specific policy.

5. Kaboom UI and Noir UI

Kaboom UI and Noir UI are developer frameworks. Their normal use as front-end frameworks does not by itself create a Raghav Communication user account or require personal information to be submitted to Raghav Communication. Developers using these frameworks are responsible for the data practices of the applications or websites they build.

6. Website and Support Communications

If you contact Raghav Communication through email, a support form, or another communication channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, address complaints, and maintain appropriate records.

7. External Websites and Services

Our products and website may contain links to external websites. Once you leave a Raghav Communication service, the external provider's privacy policy and terms apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the service to protect information handled by us. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

Information received through support or other direct communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Product-specific policies may define different retention periods.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended to encourage children to submit unnecessary personal information. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for KHERAD MATDATA's basic functionality.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated when our products, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page will contain the applicable effective date.
